This family-run traditional gasthof is located in a semi-rural district close to magnificent Untersberg, with all its recreational activities. It offers the best of both worlds, as it's only a 20-minute ride on one of Salzburg's efficient, reliable buses to the historic and cultural offerings in the heart of the Altstadt. Operated by the descendants of Katharina and Alois Nußbaumer, the hotel was the natural outgrowth of what began as a gasthaus on a farm, and the personal hospitality of its beginnings are still evident in the welcome. The hotel was renovated in 2000. Rooms are decorated in range of traditional and modern styles; rooms have balconies. Bloberger Hof also has an onsite stub'n (pub) and restaurant.
