Trained chef and Wisconsin native Liz Davis has brought her state's love of frozen custard to the Del Ray area of Alexandria with this hugely popular shop. Specializing in fat-free and dairy-free sorbet (think lemon lavender or papaya) as well as frozen custard, the shop's menu changes on a regular basis and there is plenty of seating for families to sit and enjoy their confections. Dog owners can buy their pooches specially made doggie treats as well. This is a real neighborhood gem.
