Situated around Boulevard Jean-Jaurès - the street marking the boundary between this area and the old part of Aix-Sextius is situated on the site of the old medieval town. Excavations have revealed old Roman baths here, on top of which the Aquabella hotel complex (offering visitors thalasso-therapy treatment in luxury surroundings) now stands.
