The extensive menu contains omnivore options, too, but for vegetarians, 100% Natural is the city's best choice for fruit or vegetable dishes prepared in traditional Mexican and interesting new ways.

Menu items with special qualities are marked with symbols – strengthening the immune system, spa cuisine, a little bit hot, and high protein. The Aztec omelet is flavored with nopal (cactus), onion, chile, cilantro, and oregano. The Brocheta Mar y Tierra is a grilled kabob of chicken, salmon, shrimp, and fish with a ginger-garlic sauce.
